Nautilus Home Watch provides unique services designed specifically for vacation home owners, 2nd-home owners, and other absentee property owners.

We make periodic inspections, based on your scheduling, to ensure that nothing unexpected has happened to your home.  We report immediately to you if anything such as roof leaks, burst pipes, vandalism, break-ins, or storm damage has occurred.  And because we are local, we can coordinate and monitor all services that may be needed.

This service is not simply a matter of walking through the property.  The home is prepared at your departure to prevent flooding, excess power usage, all windows and doors are secured, and many other things are checked to secure the home. As each home is different, our inspection lists is different and is customized to your specific property.  The minimum is a 100 point inspection that is made at each visit. The departure service is designed so that you can leave the property and not worry about it.  We will do everything that is needed to prepare the property for an extended period of vacancy. We even handle the daily maintenance issues such as lawn care, pool maintenance, and other maintenance issues concerning your property. 

Our arrival service is designed to prepare the home for your return.  All plumbing is turned on, all breakers and water heater is turned on, AC is set as per your instructions, and the home is made ready for your return.
